Organization
Brief description
Under Organization, you manage the basic settings of your basebox organization: name, subdomain, and logo.
What are the organization settings for
Here you define the central master data and branding of your organization – such as the displayed name and logo.
Where to find the organization settings
Open Administration → Organization in the sidebar. This area is accessible only to administrators and is divided into General and a Danger Zone.
Step by step
Adjusting name and logo:
- Open Administration → Organization
- Change your organization's name in the Name field
- Under Logo, upload an image via drag & drop or click Browse
- Click Save (or Undo to discard the changes)
Requirements:
- Logo format: JPG, PNG, or WebP
- Maximum size: 1 MB
- Recommended dimensions: at least 174 × 174 pixels (square, 1:1)
- Organization name: maximum 62 characters
Limits per organization
Upload and usage limits can be set separately for each organization. This lets you assign different caps to individual organizations.

Your organization's subdomain is permanently assigned and cannot be changed.
Danger zone
Delete organization removes the entire organization. This action cannot be undone – use it with caution.
